Pieve a Socana Holiday House is located at the very entrance of the village. The stone structure dates back more than 200 year; originally built to be the parsonage of the Pieve, has lost its function over the years becoming the property of the Zavagli and Dini family at the end of 1800.
From the windows of the house you can admire the Catenaia Alps to the east, Poggio Maggio to the north and the beautiful Pieve to the south. Thanks to its centuries-old structure and the thickness of the beautiful stone walls, it remains cool even during the hottest summer days. Its position makes it perfect for a holiday in the beautiful Casentino valley.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and one room with 3 single beds. On the first floor a fully equiped kitchen and a terrace where you can eat or just sit and read a book.
On the ground floor there is a large, cool basement with a table tennis table and many games for children and adults.
